ABD HIVChek™ is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative, presumptive detection of antibodies to HIV-1 and HIV-2 in human whole blood, serum, or plasma specimens. For professional use as an aid in the diagnosis of HIV infection.
Product Specification
Rapid visual immunoassay based on recombinant HIV antigens immobilised on the membrane. The specimen reacts with coloured antigen conjugates and migrates by capillary action. A coloured band in the test region indicates a positive result; the control band confirms procedural validity.
