OUR OPERATIONS

Manufacturing Excellence.
Built for Africa. Built to Last.

Ash Biomedical operates a two-stage manufacturing strategy — a certified global manufacturing partnership delivering 60 million units of annual capacity today, alongside a dedicated in-country facility in Abuja, Nigeria, currently in development. This model is backed by 15+ years of operations, 66+ completed government contracts, and 15 million+ kits delivered to health agencies across all 36 Nigerian states — including the Federal Ministry of Health, NACA, and NCDC.

OUR MANUFACTURING MODEL

Global Manufacturing. Local Capacity Building.

Ash Biomedical Diagnostics Ltd. (ABD), the Nigerian registered entity and legal manufacturer of record, delivers its current production through a strategic partnership with an ISO 13485-certified, CE-marked contract manufacturer — providing immediate access to over 60 million units of annual production capacity. All government, NGO, and institutional contracts are held by ABD, ensuring full regulatory and commercial accountability. This partnership enables ABD to scale supply to meet demand without delay or compromise on quality standards.

In parallel, Ash Biomedical is developing a dedicated in-country manufacturing facility in Abuja, Nigeria — purpose-built to deliver 6 million units per year at Phase 1, scaling to over 60 million units of annual capacity at full build-out. This facility will reduce Nigeria’s import dependency for critical diagnostics, create skilled employment, and establish a domestic production base capable of serving West and Central African markets.
