Ash Biomedical LLC is headquartered in Houston, Texas — the commercial and strategic center of the Ash Biomedical group. From Houston, the company leads global R&D partnerships, regulatory strategy, and business development, bringing international capital and expertise to one of the world’s most underserved diagnostic markets.
Our Nigerian operating subsidiary, Ash Biomedical Diagnostics Ltd. (ABD), was established in 2011 and has since built one of West Africa’s most capable rapid diagnostic manufacturing ecosystems. Today, through ABD, we deliver diagnostic solutions to governments, health ministries, and international development partners across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Diagnostics That Reach the Last Mile
Our mission is to advance universal access to diagnostic tools — building the manufacturing capacity, distribution networks, and institutional partnerships required to bring rapid testing to populations that have historically been underserved by global health infrastructure.
Domestic Manufacturing
We manufacture within Nigeria, creating local jobs and reducing import dependency for critical health commodities.
Regulatory Excellence
All product registrations required for current distribution operations are active and NAFDAC-registered. Our GMP manufacturing license application is in progress — a key milestone as we transition to in-country production.
Global Partnerships
We work with governments, NGOs, and health ministries to ensure diagnostics reach clinics and communities at scale.
